A Wedding Less Ordinary is a wedding market for the creative couple. Featuring a collective of urban cool, contemporary suppliers, live music and street food with a laid back Sunday vibe, it's the perfect place to become inspired.

Visitors can expect a more relaxed feel than at more traditional wedding fairs, with live music from Music Newcastle, street food by Lola Jeans and live hair demonstrations from leading north east hairdressers Hooker & Young.

Event organiser Fiona Amann explained, "There are so many options for wedding ceremonies and celebrations these days and we realised there was a demand to showcase some alternative styles of suppliers. We have some incredibly creative and talented businesses in the North East who are looking to offer more contemporary goods and services than the more traditional offerings. The one comment we get time and time again from exhibitors and visitors to the event are that is has a great vibe!"

The next event takes place at Boiler Shop Newcastle on Sunday 14th April, from 11am to 3pm.
