Rockliffe Hall is a charming red brick 18th-century Victorian mansion that’s been transformed into a five-star hotel. Dating back to the 1800s, the property is set within a 375-acre estate on the banks of the River Tees. There are several places to explore and take those all-important photographs, including the Old Hall, which has high ceilings and original features, and the restored Walled Kitchen Garden, featuring freshly grown produce and flower beds bursting with colour all year round.

Celebrate in style
The Rockliffe Suite is the largest conference and banqueting suite in the resort and can accommodate weddings of up to 150 friends and family. Featuring a marble-pillared entrance hall and an ivy-covered garden arch, it has its own private entrance, outdoor terrace, gardens, kitchen, lounge, and fully licensed bar. The space is also used for receptions, where the in-house team of chefs can provide your ideal menu, from traditional Italian antipasti and small plates to outdoor firepits, hog roasts, and more.

We love...
The spa facilities include a swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub.
