Crillon Le Brave is offering a refreshed culinary experience

Crillon le Brave Reopening for the season on 22nd April, Maisons Pariente’s Hotel Crillon le Brave has introduced Tata Harper at its new spa partner, a new children’s amenity partner as well as a refreshed culinary offering. Head chef Adrien Brunet will be presenting new menus with locally-sourced delicacies across two restaurants, inviting guests on a gourmet journey through Provence.

This splendid five-star hideaway invites friends and families to enjoy the best of Provence and a slower pace of life. From exquisite dining and sublime spa treatments to new hotel management and a children’s amenity partner with a personalised touch.

Head chef Adrien Burnet pays tribute to the local region by sourcing fresh, local produce from neighbouring farms and markets, providing tantalising tastes inspired by Provence. Everything from fruit and vegetables to honey, cheese and meat, is all sourced locally ensuring the journey from farm to table is as sustainable as possible. Whether it’s refined dinning at La Madeleine, or a more casual experience at La Table du Ventoux, guests can expect a wonderful selection of mouth-watering Mediterranean and Provencal delicacies. From pigeon paired with lavender and Ventoux cherries to Provencal lamb and impactful truffles, Adrien creates impressive dishes and powerful flavours enriched with herbs handpicked from the gardens. Dishes will of course be complimented by wine from the renowned neighbouring vineyards such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Head Sommelier Faustine Bernard can organise wine tastings on site in the hotels very own cave, offering a unique opportunity to discover selected wines and hear from a wine enthusiast.

Crillon Le Brave has introduced Tata Harper to its Spa des Ecuries for the new season. With 100 per cent natural and non-toxic formulas that are backed by advanced technologies, Tata Harper has developed revolutionary solutions that are as innovative as they are radical. In this protected sanctuary, guests will discover three cabins, including one double, to allow friends and family members to relax and rejuvenate. Tata Harper uses active ingredients of organic plant extracts and essential oils and has introduced new treatments such as the Crillon Spa Signature Facial to heal dry, damaged skin and the Tata Harper Body Scrub using sea salt, brown sugar and essential oils followed by a body milk application for divinely soft and silky skin. With Tata Harper Spa’s in sister properties Lou Pinet and Le Coucou, Maisons Pariente is thrilled to offer all guests this incredible wellness experience.

New for the season, Crillon Le Brave has announced Minois as its amenity partner, where welcome surprises await little guests upon arrival in their room. Surprises include plush toys, Minois welcome products, bibs, bathrobes, and slippers fit for a little one. Crillon Le Brave can offer interconnecting rooms and can cater to family requests such as installing a children’s cot, a bathtub, changing mat and highchair.
