The first non-gender zodiac jewellery

“It makes no sense that zodiac signs have a gender and the same goes for jewellery,” says Olga Kassian, at the launch of her new Wonther jewellery line Zodiac, which represents the 12 signs of the zodiac.

Traditional concepts of “masculine” and “feminine” can be alienating and discussing the stars with more inclusivity is what the jewellery brand Wonther aims to do. Under this light, the ethical brand designed a zodiac collection keeping in mind the respect for each person's gender identity, identifying the fluidity that exists in each person.

These 12 pieces of jewellery are meant to show that each zodiac sign traces a personality and that this personality, regardless of gender, always creates a personal brand that breaks and marks the imperfect circle of life.

Olga Kassian, the founder of the brand, adds: “Each astrological chart is unique and not binary. Astrology may not be an exact science, but it certainly shouldn't rely on something as fragile as the binary gender view."

Created in two versions: gold and recycled silver, and 24-carat gold plated, the 12 jewels in this Zodiac collection can be found at www.wonther.com
