Almond can reduce signs of ageing and nourish the skin
Rich in vitamin E, almonds not only help to reduce the effects of UV damage on the skin, but this powerful antioxidant may also reduce the signs of ageing too by blocking free radicals in the body which play a huge role in the ageing process.
Almond milk is also typically very gentle on the skin, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin.
Maple syrup can help to lower skin inflammation

Olive oil has anti-aging properties and can relieve skin from sun damage
The high content of vitamins A, E as well as D and K make extra virgin olive oil a very good moisturiser, helping to nourish even the most sensitive of skins.
The antioxidants and fatty acids can help to repair skin cells damaged by sunburn, with some studies even suggesting that popping some of this on after sun exposure may prevent the free radical damage that can lead to skin cancer.
Cocoa butter will help improve the surface texture of your skin
Another ingredient which is high in good fatty acids, cocoa butter is often praised for its ability to nourish the skin while improving its elasticity. The fat found in cocoa butter forms a barrier over the skin to help protect it and allow it to keep in moisture. It's also promoted to help heal rashes from conditions like eczema and dermatitis.

Honey can help to prevent flares in acne-prone skin
Honey is also a high-reputable ingredient when it comes to skincare, thanks to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties, it can help those who suffer from oily or acne-prone skin.
Honey is also a natural humectant, which helps to draw moisture from the skin without replacing it, which is why it helps those with oily skin.
Coconut milk can help to maintain elasticity, preventing future wrinkles
Coconut milk has high levels of Vitamin C, which again helps to maintain the flexibility and elasticity of the skin. Improving elasticity in the skin is super important as we age as our bodies produce less collagen, leading to dryer skin and the formation of wrinkles.
