This hidden gem tucked away in the heart of beautiful Jesmond, As You Like It is a stone throw away from Jesmond Dene, the incredible Quayside and many city landmarks.

If you're looking for a wedding venue that is cool, quirky, and one of a kind, then there is plenty of room for you to get loved up in the venue's romantic hideaway – Frangipani. You can dance your socks off till the early hours surrounded by twinkling fairy lights, beautiful blossom trees, and your nearest and dearest.

Ceremonies take place in Frangipani – a completely separate room just for you and your guests on your big day. With its own secret garden, private bar, bathroom and waiting staff you will be looked after throughout the day and night. It can accommodate 200 guests in a buffet style setup and 120 guests in a seated event.

Receptions then take place in Frangipani or the Terrace Bar, which is the perfect place for celebratory drinks! Situated on the main floor in prime position, this comes with its own private bar as well as your very own outside terrace area.

As You Like It also offers a personal complimentary five-course menu taster, which takes place onsite in the venue's Mezzanine restaurant. You'll also have a dedicated wedding coordinator in the run up to the day and very own wedding manager on the day to ensure you are always in safe hands.
