The interior showcases a range of period features, luxurious furniture and roaring log fires, with the hall boasting grand stone masonry, a sweeping staircase and a dome skylight. With several versatile function rooms, luxurious accommodation and an AA Rosette Dobson Restaurant, the interiors of the hall will suit both traditional and modern weddings.
As well as outdoor ceremonies, the premises has several function suites in which couples can tie the knot. The Manor's Conservatory has a panoramic view of the manicured grounds and is ideal for intimate weddings of up to 20 guests. Or why not opt for The Adamson Suite? This has been converted from an original stable block and accommodates up to 120 guests and features original wooden beams adorned with romantic fairylights. Lastly, the highly recommended Drawing Room features dual-aspect windows overlooking the manicured gardens, with a glittering chandelier overhead – the beautiful marble fireplace is ideal for inside group photos.
The largest of all four function rooms is the Biggie Suite, typically used for the wedding breakfasts and evening receptions. The former coach house accommodates up to 240 guests and is popular for its grand appearance, complete with double doors that open the room up to the hotel grounds. Cloud-like ceiling drapes provide a romantic ambience, and the large private bar and lounge area offer additional space and a dancefloor to make your own.
The hotel offers complimentary menu tasting for the couples booking their wedding, who are also treated to 10 per cent off all treatments in the spa as well as any golf tee times booked in the run-up to the big day. The wedding party and guests have access to discounted rooms at the hotel too.
