Headlam Hall Country Hotel & Spa is a wedding venue located in the beautiful countryside of lower Teesdale, just between Barnard Castle and Darlington overlooking the rolling farmland estate. The superb 17th -century Jacobean country manor is nestled on four acres and looks impressive from any angle. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a manicured lawn, and a pond with a romantic bridge.
   Ceremonies take place in the Coach House Suite, which accommodates up to 150 guests and is a room characterised by its huge arched glass ceiling and stunning chandeliers. Alternatively, the Drawing Room is perfect for an intimate ceremony with up to 40 guests and offers beautiful views. Both of these spaces could be used for the reception as well as the hall's Stable Lounge. If an al fresco wedding is more to a couple's liking, a civil ceremony can take place under the Pagoda that overlooks the lawn.
