Take full advantage of any natural props you will have at your disposal, using stone walls as easels to stand your signs against; hanging seating plans or signs from surrounding trees; or even wrapping twine around bushes for guests to peg Polaroids of the day on. Have a back-up plan or marquee or cover at the ready in case the weather takes a turn, and don’t forget about the huge importance of lighting.
